This research project is an academic and cultural initiative dedicated to documenting and preserving ongoing contributions of Black theatre across North America. At its core, the project addresses a long-standing gap, where the work of Black creators and institutions has often been insufficiently archived. Focuses on building accessible archives that include scripts, production records, oral histories, interviews, and ephemera from Black theatre.
